Wedding day
Saturday, September 6th
The big day we are all waiting for.
🕠 When: 5:30pm (add to your calendar)
📍 Where: Cigarral del Ángel (Carretera de la Puebla de Montalbán, S/N, 45004 Toledo), but try to avoid looking for pictures of the venue, Marina wants you to be astonished 🤭
👗 Dress code: elegant and cute (e.g. suit and tie for the boys, dress for the girls), if in doubt check with us. White/beige is forbidden if you don't want to see Marina's dark side 😇
Post-wedding gathering
Sunday, September 7th
Chill plan in Toledo city to recharge and share all the fun stories 🤭
🕓 When: around 4pm (add to your calendar)
📍 Where: Meeting point TBD, but walking tour around Toledo followed by tapas with good views
👕 Dress code: casual and comfortable
Travel & Accommodation
You can find all the details here but these are the key points:
- Toledo is a charming medieval city, and it's well worth spending the weekend there
- We have discount codes at some hotels in Toledo for all of you coming from out of town
- We will arrange transportation from those hotels to the venue and back (at two different times, though we hope you stay till the end of the party 💃🏼🕺🏻)
- We will arrange transportation from the venue back to Madrid at the end of the party (around 5am), but we really encourage you to stay in Toledo and join us on Sunday for a little exploring of the city and some food together
- We won't arrange transportation from Madrid to the venue on Saturday (the day of the ceremony) but there are lots of public transport options (bus, train...) as you can see on the link above. We encourage you to get to Toledo on Friday and join us at the welcome party at Marina's backyard :)
- Taxis (Uber or Cabify) are pretty affordable in Toledo (5-10€) and are the recommended mode of transportation for the pre-wedding gathering on Friday
